At NXTRND, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
